Inclusion Arcade is a registered Canadian federal non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down digital barriers. We engineer accessible gaming environments, deploy mobile pop-up lounges, redistribute refurbished hardware, and offer trauma-informed digital literacy workshops. We specifically support disabled gamers, neurodivergent individuals (ASD, AuDHD, ADHD, IDD), cancer survivors, 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, and underserved community centers across North America.
How can individuals or organizations request adaptive equipment?
Through our C.A.R.E. Tech Donation Program and partnership with the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA), low-income individuals, families, and community groups can request pre-loved consoles, gaming PCs, and specialized adaptive peripherals (such as Xbox Adaptive Controllers or custom switches). Requests can be submitted directly through our online device application page or by contacting our team via email.
How can community hubs host a mobile pop-up lounge?
We bring complete mobile adaptive setupsincluding power logistics, outdoor event canopies, accessible monitors, and remapped controller stationsdirectly to schools, healthcare facilities, hospices, and community events. What makes your game library "nonviolent and trauma-informed"?
Our curated game selection intentionally avoids M-rated titles, hyper-competitive toxicity, and first-person shooters. Instead, we emphasize cooperative mechanics, flow-state regulation, creative problem solving, and inclusive social play designed to build connection and emotional safety for players of all background levels and abilities.
How are donations and grant funds deployed?
As a registered non-profit corporation (CRA # 778918144RC0001), 100% of our operational capital and donations go directly toward purchasing adaptive hardware, 3D printing custom switch mounts, delivering personal care kits to hospital patients, and funding free public community activations. We maintain full financial transparency through our public ledger.

Zero Commercial Monetization & Data Privacy: Inclusion Arcade operates under a strict, non-commercial community mandate. We do not sell user data, track individual player metrics, or serve third-party advertising cookies across our digital platforms or physical activations.
All participant inquiries, grant applications, hardware request records, and workshop registrations are handled with complete confidentiality in compliance with Canadian privacy standards.
